&#^@*$#^#* Service People

Reading Winn's bad encounter with this #%$*^#@ MAXIS people, reminds me of the numerous past bad experiences with similar front liners but tot nothing of it until today....After slamming down the phone, I promised myself I MUST POST this up otherwise I am not doing justice to myself

Anyway, it all started 2 weeks ago when a team of government surveying department (I shall not elaborate on the exact department lah hor?) paid ua a visit and asked for personal informations of our residents..Of course, I can't just reveal everything unless prior approval is obtained from the parties concerned....but promised to give them just the general information....and this morning, one stupid man from the department (not one of the visiting team) called and again demanded for the personal informations and again I gave them the same reason...He commented about how difficult I am in between his broken english...all that I took it ok until 1 word that he used. He said "Do you know that what you have given me earlier is just rubbish and it's no use to us???" RUBBISH!!! Bladdy hell!!! Called my report RUBBISH???? I lost my coolness and I demanded for an apology citing that he has no right to say that word and he should take back what he has just said....he stammered a bit and then he said sorry! WTF

Since I am so furious now, I might as well share some more incidents just to put all these customer service people to shame....

EXPERIENCE 1
I received a call from one of the bank's telemarketeer promoting their insurance for ladies....since he sounded so polite, I allowed him to explain knowing very well I will not want to take up....(don't want to cut him off mah since he sounded so enthusiatic)...after his blah blah blah..

he (with a much enthusiastic voice): So Madam papercrazy, can I send you the premium today?
Me: Hold on, thank you very much for your explanation but I don't think i would like to take up this policy
he (still with his enthusiastic voice); Why Madam papercrazy, this is such a good offer and for only RMxx a month, you are enjoying such wide coverage blah blah....
Me: I know it's a very good offer but I don't think I would like to take up....I have several policies already
he (losing his coolness liaw): Can I know the reason Madam papercrazy?
Me: i thought I have told you my reason.....I have other policies, furthermore, I received such offers from other banks too...
he (showing his true colors liaw): Madam Papercrazy, You are not obliged to take up this policies from other banks you know??
(at this stage, I think he is confused liaw)
Me: Yes, I know, I am not obliged....that's the reason why I am turning down your offer...
HE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME
I was so furious i hated myself for not been able to catch his name earlier... From that day onwards, I told myself not to entertain these telemarketeers

EXPERIENCE 2
I was searching for a Keith Urban's disc at our local music store (legal one hah) and a native shop assistant came up to me and asked what disc I was searching for

lady (with the you-owe-me-million look): Yes?
Me: I am looking for Keith Urban's CD
lady: hah?
Me: Keith Urban (pronounced slowly just in case she din get it earlier)
lady (with a much disgusted look): tidak ada

I said it's ok and continue browsing....True enough, I found Keith and I told her

Me: eh, ini bukan ah?
lady: Ohhhhhhhhhh.....ini Kit Oo-ban....
Me (about to pengsan): Bukan, this is pronounced as Keith Urban
lady (raising her voice): no, no, Kit Kit Oo-ban
Me: KEITH URBAN.......never mind, Kit pun Kit lah...suka hati kamu...

I paid and walked off leaving her with the (*$^$*&# face

A funny dream I had last nite

Just remembered I should post up this weird dream I had last nite..Just told lokter over at the other line about my dream and she ask me to KFC (Kuching Fucking Cars).....why? I dunno...lol

I dreamt that there was a great flood and my house was in the verge of being submerged in water....the water rose so rapidly. When I opened up my front door, what was supposed to be my car porch and an open land across my house were all covered with water.... exactly like this photo

Come night, the whole house was in water and we have to keep the doors and windows closed so as not to let the water seap in....in my dream, there was myself & A, my dad and a church uncle S....Uncle S suggested that we open the window at the 1st floor and climb up to the roof to ask for help but before we managed to do that, we noticed that the house has been submerged deeper and there is no way we can go out...the tense was so real I can actually sensed the fear even when I was sleeping..I bade goodbye to Uncle S and A....I gave my dad a kiss (which I have never done before all my life...the closest I get was just a hug) and told him how much I love him and thank him for the many years of caring and love....he hugged me back and we cried.....and after that, I am gone.....I wonder why I was the only one dying but not the rest......

this is not the first time I had this kind of dream yunno....Have been having dreams about flood and water and all that....Perhaps I read too much about the flood in KL eh??

Things U observed onboard

I had the opportunity last week to noticed how funny some passengers are when they are onboard. When the stewardess started to serve meals, I wonder how many of the passengers actually heard or understood what meals option they were given....There is this flight stewardess who mentioned like " good evening sir/mdm, we are serving chicken with mumble muble mumble and rice or fish with mumble mumble and rice." and the answer from most of the passengers? Fish or chicken....no one actually knows how was it cooked.....

Then come the beverage part, no one would actually asked for either tea or coffee.....instead they would ask for Juice without even knowing what juice is served....there was this chinese guy sitting behind me who kept on kicking my chair until I have to look back and gave him a very unpleasant look.....anyways, after the meal trays were taken away, he called for the stewardess to ask for juice....the polite lady poured him a glass of orange juice and he said " No, no, no, I want the earlier one...the pink colour one.....goodness gracious, that's pink guava lah....what pink coloured juice....from there, I gather he doesn't know what he was asking for....

Then there is this nice looking dressed lady in front of me....Called for the stewardess (not easy being a stewardess eh) and asked for some chocolates from the meal trays!!! gosh!

Since I am on flight stories, I remembered long time ago we were on a domestic flight to Sibu (for those who are familiar with sarawak domestic flights, you don't get to be served meals, just juice, not even tea or coffee) there was this apek looking uncle who actually demanded for milk!! and when the stewardess said there is no milk, he sulked and then asked for sweets.....so the stewardess brought out a basket full of sweets, perhaps with the intention to distribute to all passengers.....know what that apek looking uncle did??? He grabbed the sweets from the basket, at least 3 or 4 times continuously and put them inside his bag...there! That's not the end, my friends.....after this, he proceeded in asking for a souvenir (What is it with the MAS envelopes and letterheads)......

Weird people around!!!

Enough of that, I was in KL for a short training last week.....Yeah, I know, I know, I should have informed you guys and gals in KL about my visit but I was so occupied with the trainings and wat not....

Not much photos to post except on food.....
Shid....siti(u)pid blogger can't upload my photos.......sorry guys, no pixs but of course I am sure you all can figure roughly what I ate lah...Burger King Swiss Mushroom is definitely a must lah...
